Ceevra Reveal 3+ (“Reveal 3+”), manufactured by Ceevra, Inc. (the “Company”), is a software as a medical device with two main functions: (1) it is used by Company personnel to generate three-dimensional (3D) images from existing patient CT and MR imaging, and (2) it is used by clinicians to view and interact with the 3D images during preoperative planning and intraoperatively. Clinicians view 3D images via the Reveal 3+ Mobile Image Viewer software application which runs on compatible mobile devices, and the Reveal 3+ Desktop Image Viewer software application which runs on compatible computers. The 3D images may also be displayed on compatible external displays, or in virtual reality (VR) format with a compatible off-the-shelf VR headset. Reveal 3+ includes features that enable clinicians to interact with the 3D images including rotating, zooming, panning, selectively showing or hiding individual anatomical structures, and viewing measurements of or between anatomical structures.

It is intended to accelerate and improve the quantification of brain structures that would otherwise require a manual process of identifying, annotating, and measuring regions of interest in brain MRI scans. iQ-solutions™ consists of both cross-sectional and longitudinal analysis pipelines. • The cross-sectional pipeline is intended to conduct structure segmentation and volume analysis on brain MRI scans at a single time point.• The longitudinal pipeline is intended to conduct volume change analysis on a single patient’s MRI scans acquired on the same scanner, with consistent image acquisition protocol and with consistent contrast at two different time points. The results of the cross-sectional pipeline cannot be compared with the results of the longitudinal pipeline.

The data produced by this software is intended to be used to support qualified cardiologists, sonographers, or other licensed professional healthcare practitioners for clinical decision-making. Us2.v2 is indicated for use in adult patients.Please note the following limitations: • Poor image capture will lead to poor annotations and subsequent measurements. Multiple image quality algorithms are used to filter out images of poor quality.• Our software complements good patient care and does not exempt the user from the responsibility to provide supervision, clinically review the patient, and makeappropriate clinical decisions.• If no gender is present, female referenced guideline values will be used for conclusions.• If Body Surface Area (BSA) is not present, indexed values cannot be provided.• During image acquisition, inappropriate use of the echo machine, use of non-cardiac ultrasound probes, use of suboptimal settings (e.g. gain, contrast, depth), or lack ofelectrocardiogram capture may lead to lower accuracy of the software.
