PMS2 (Mismatch Repair Protein) (EP51) is intended to be used for the qualitative identification by light microscopy of human PMS1 homolog 2 (PMS2) protein in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) colorectal cancer (CRC) tissue sections by immunohistochemical staining, as part of the BOND mismatch repair (MMR) antibody panel that includes MLH1 (clone ES05), MSH2 (clone 79H11) and MSH6 (clone EP49). PMS2 (Mismatch Repair Protein) (EP51) is intended for use on the Leica Biosystems automated BOND-MAX, BOND-III or BOND-PRIME systems using the BOND Polymer Refine Detection kit (DS9800) or BOND-PRIME Polymer DAB Detection System (DS9284).
