Q: How do I find products to buy on RevMed?
A: To find products on RevMed, simply use the search bar at the top of the page. You can search by product name, category, or keyword. You can also filter your search results by various criteria such as price, location, and more.

Q: How do I add products to my cart?
A: Once you've found a product you want to buy, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit card and ACH payments. If you have a credit account with us, we can also invoice you and offer NET 45 terms.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of shipping options including FedEx, UPS, same day/next day courier, and pick-up. We can also work with you to find the best shipping option for your specific needs.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: Every order has an Inspection Period, where Buyers can ensure the products delivered are what they expected. During this period, 2 days for unopened items 4 days for used items, if there are problems with the order RevMed will facilitate a full refund. However, after the Inspection Period the sale is final.

During this period, buyers have the option to return products for a full refund if there is an issue with the products, but after the Inspection Period sales are final.
