Return Policy


At RevMed, we strive to provide you with top-notch products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a hassle-free experience.


Unopened Items: 2-Day Inspection Window

For unopened items, we offer a 2-day inspection window starting from the date of delivery. If you receive an unopened product and it's not what you ordered or there is something wrong with the product, you can initiate a return within this 2-day period. The item must remain in its original packaging and be unopened.


Used Items: 4-Day Inspection Window

For used items, we provide a 4-day inspection window from the date of delivery. This allows you to thoroughly evaluate the product and its functionality. If you find that the used item is not as advertised, you can request a return within this 4-day period.


Full Refund Policy

Within the respective inspection windows, both unopened and used items are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Rest assured that you will receive the full value of the product back to your original payment method.


Customer Responsibility

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You can choose any reliable shipping method to return the item to us. However, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.


Items in Resalable Condition

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Unopened items must remain sealed, and used items should have all their original parts and components.


Exclusions

Certain products may be exempt from this return policy due to their nature, hygiene concerns, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.


Final Sale

After the inspection window has passed, all sales are considered final. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items beyond their designated inspection period.


Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the inspection window period.
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary return address.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email notification confirming the completion of the refund.
