The Moses appliance is intended for use on adult patients 18 years of age and older as an aid for the reduction and /or alleviation of snoring and mild to moderate obstrctive sleep apnea.

The Elastic Mandibular Advancement appliance is a modified fuctional prthodontic appliance. The modifications are:1) clasps are not needed as the appliance is retained firmly to the teeth by pressure formed plastic into the undercut areas. Each tray holds the teeth in their present location not allowing tooth movement. 2) the bite is opened as in the SNOAR and NAPA appliances but not in one fixed position. Multiple bite openings are possible because of removable bite blocks or bite planes of varying thickness. 3) the mandible is advanced as in both the SNOAR and NAPA appliances except not in fixed position, but in various amounts of forward advancement because of removable, replaceable elastic bands or straps to pull the mandible forward.

The O2Vent OptimaMini is a removable medical device that is fitted in the patient’s mouth and is intended to reduce oralleviate snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The device is indicated for use during sleep to aidin the treatment of these conditions.

The OVENT device is for the treatment of snoringand/or obstructive sleep apnea and is comprised of:• A titanium bimaxillary oral appliance whichcomprises, in one device, a lower tray fitted over thelower teeth and an upper tray fitted over the upperteeth.• A dental polymer material in each tray which is incontact with and retaining in position, the user’s topand bottom teeth.• The lower jaw is retained in an advanced position tohelp open up the natural airway and alleviate theuser’s snoring condition.• A breathing port at the front of the appliance with anenclosed airway on each side which passes betweenthe teeth and the cheek. Each airway delivers the airat the rear of the mouth typically between the lastteeth. The airways allow the user to breathe with themouth closed.

The O2Vent Optima is a removable medical device that is fitted in the patient’s mouth and is intended to reduce oralleviate snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The device is indicated for use during sleep to aidin the treatment of these conditions.

The Lower Tray fitted over the lower teeth, positions the jawfor mandibular advancement.The Upper and Lower Trays have a ""landing area” customized tothe patientsteeth and made from medical grade polymers. 3. The Upper and Lower Trays are connected together with aconnector. A hook mechanism attached to the Upper Tray fitsinto a socket attached to the Lower Tray and positions the lowerjaw forward, preventing the soft tissue of the throat fromcollapsing and obstructing the airway. An Adjustment Key forthe O2Vent T allows the patient and their Clinician to adjust theprotrusion of the lower jaw to the most effective andcomfortable position."

The O2Vent W is an oral appliance and is intended to reduce oralleviate snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea(OSA).The O2Vent W is made up of two parts:1. The Upper Tray fitted over the upper teeth, with the breathingport at the front leading to the airways on each side to the rear ofthe appliance, is made from medical grade titanium (3D printed).The upper titanium tray has two side protrusions (wings) thatextend vertically down to interface with the lower acrylic trayfor titration of the device. The upper tray is lined with acrylicinsert, and is customized to patient bite and impression.2. The Lower Tray customized to the lower teeth, positions thelower jaw forward, preventing the soft tissue of the throat fromcollapsing and obstructing the airway. The lower tray features anadjuster assembly set into the acrylic, comprising of an adjusterblock and also adjustment screws each located on either side ofthe lower arch.The adjuster block interfaces with the side protrusions on theupper tray to provide titration. The screws are adjusted with anAdjustment Key for mandibular adjustment to be set by thedentist and/or by the patient under the direction of the dentist.

The Panthera Anti-Snoring X3 Device is a removable intraoral device used for treating snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea. It consists of two custom fabricated splints that fit separately over the upper and lower teeth. The device functions as a mandibular repositioner, maintaining the lower jaw in a forward position during sleep. This mechanical protrusion acts to increase the patient’s pharyngeal space, improving their ability to exchange air during sleep.
