The Avenda Health Unfold AI Software is an artificial intelligence (AI)-based decision support software, indicated as an adjunct to the review of magnetic resonance (MR) prostate images and biopsy findings in the prostate oncological workflow. The Avenda Health Unfold AI Software is designed to support the prostate oncological workflow by helping the user with the segmentation of MR image features, including the prostate; in the evaluation, quantification, and documentation of lesions; and in pre-planning for diagnostic and interventional procedures such as biopsy and/or soft tissue ablation. The device is intended to be used by physicians trained in the oncological workflow in a clinical setting for planning and guidance for clinical, interventional, diagnostic, and/or treatment procedures of the prostate.

The Koios DS Breast system is designed to assist qualified interpreting physicians in analyzing breast ultrasound images by providing a system generated categorical output that aligns with or exceeds the sensitivity and specificity of radiologist chosen BI-RADS categorizations using computer vision and machine learning techniques.Koios DS Breast may also be used as an image viewer of multi-modality digital images, including ultrasound and mammography. The software includes tools that allow users to adjust, measure and document images, and output into a structured report.

Koios Decision Support (DS) is a software application designed to assist trained interpreting physicians in analyzing breast and thyroid ultrasound images. The software device is a web application that is deployed to a Microsoft IIS web server and accessed by a user through a compatible client. Once logged in and granted access to the Koios DS application, the user examines selected breast or thyroid ultrasound DICOM images. The user selects Regions of Interest (ROIs) of orthogonal views of a breast lesion or thyroid nodule for processing by Koios DS. The ROI(s) are transmitted electronically to the Koios DS server for image processing and the results are returned to the user for review.

Virtual Nodule Clinic (VNC) is a software application designed for trained medical professionals in the clinical management of patients with incidentally detected pulmonary nodules. The software assists the user with (1) management and tracking of patients with indeterminate pulmonary nodules (IPNs), available to all users and (2) a computer-aided diagnosis (CADx) function that takes a user-selected ROI and uses artificial intelligence to synthesize its morphological characteristics into a single value, the Optellum Lung Cancer Predictor (LCP) Score, only available to radiologists and pulmonologists.
