MLH1 (Mismatch Repair Protein) (ES05) is intended to be used for the qualitative identification by light microscopy of human MutL homolog 1 (MLH1) protein in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) colorectal cancer (CRC) tissue sections by immunohistochemical staining, as part of the BOND mismatch repair (MMR) antibody panel that includes MSH2 (clone 79H11), MSH6 (clone EP49) and PMS2 (clone EP51). MLH1 (Mismatch Repair Protein) (ES05) is intended for use on the Leica Biosystems automated BOND-MAX, BOND-III or BOND-PRIME systems using the BOND Polymer Refine Detection kit (DS9800) or BOND-PRIME Polymer DAB Detection System (DS9284).
