About RevMed

RevMed is a software company on a mission to reduce waste and improve supply chain efficiency in healthcare. Its initial product is a peer-to-peer, online marketplace for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers to securely buy and sell medical devices, instruments, and equipment. RevMed unlocks value for all clients, giving buyers the option to purchase items at a discount to full price while also allowing sellers to recoup value from a situation that would previously have either resulted in a deeply discounted sale, or a complete write-off.

The RevMed platform is built on Broadleaf Commerce’s Microservice-based solution, built to handle complex commerce at scale. Broadleaf clients include Major League Baseball, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Dubai Store and Bunn-o-Matic. We only allow licensed hospitals, surgery centers and select distributors to transact on our platform and ensure that peers are aware of who they are buying from. Our team is growing rapidly, and we have a full team of Area Managers in every major market where we operate, to ensure that users receive the kind of support they need, as well as avoid creating unnecessary work.

RevMed is also a firm believer in philanthropy and wants to help improve healthcare globally as well as improve communities where it operates. To that end, the company has committed to donating a minimum of 5% of all proceeds generated to charities that it feels align with this goal.

The RevMed marketplace was officially launched in 2022 from its home base in Dallas, Texas and now has clients signed up from multiple states. The team is continually refining its products and looks forward to enhanced inventory tools being rolled out over the course of 2024.
