E1: Our dental bur handle is a globally accessible multi-purpose aluminum pen-style pin vise (APSPV) handle. It secures 2 mm diameter dental burs or other drill bits or flat cutting blades. APSPVs were designed to anchor implements with only the twisting force of bare-hands. They have served humanity in this way for over 90 years. However, for dental use, we require that supplemental force (with leveraging devices) be utilized to alleviate any bur-security concerns dentists might otherwise have with hand-only force. Secure bur-anchoring is easily achieved with common household pliers with jaw cushioning. Pliers immobilize the handle’s “collar” against its main body providing ample counter-twisting force without over-stressing the collar or marring the surface. The final APSPV feature that qualifies it for dental use is their knurled surfaces designed for slip-free grip-tightening. Our E-1 and C-4 models are identical as both have kept the original knurled collar. In contrast: “P” customized models are clampless; relying on a custom key-lock collar with a pin-lock handle. Our APSPV handles (E1 and C4) are the simplest, most inexpensive, and most readily available multi-purpose gripping device there is. They belong to humanity; the world needs them now. It is not time for "trade secrets'' that would hinder mass distribution. Our specific APSPV handles are commonly known in N. America as "exacto craft knives” or "pen cutters" in India; they are available in most countries.
