Coverplate is a plastic device that fits over a standard microscope slide allowing specimens to be immune-stained with a minimum amount of reagent. The Coverplate creates a capillary gap between itself and the slide, allowing for reagent to stay in place until the next reagent is dispensed. The Coverplate displaces reagent by gravity flow.
